Adult Dance Program

Whether you’re beginning, continuing or returning to ballet – adults of all ages have a welcoming place in the studio. Our Adult Classes include a nurturing environment and professional instruction.

Our Adult Ballet program is led by longtime Mobile Ballet faculty member Sydney Adams. Our new Teen/Adult classes are taught by new faculty members Mia Mobley and Kris Nobles.

2023-2024 Adult Classes

Our Adult program is growing! Ms. Sydney’s popular Adult Ballet classes are going strong in Mobile and Daphne. The new Teen/Adult Beginning Ballet classes were a hit last year and will be expanding to both studios. And we are adding a NEW Teen/Adult Contemporary class in Mobile!

If you are new to ballet and want to try it out, or took classes in childhood and want to get back into it, try our Teen/Adult Beginning Ballet or Teen/Adult Contemporary classes! These classes are a great way to get started for those age 13 and up with little or no previous ballet experience.

If you are 18 and up with previous ballet experience and are comfortable with ballet vocabulary and technique, our Adult Intermediate Ballet classes are for you! And Adult Beginning Ballet on Fridays in Daphne is for age 18 and up with little or no previous ballet experience.

With Mobile Ballet’s Adult Program, you can stay fit, have fun, and learn at your own pace in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Mobile Studio:

Adult Intermediate Ballet (age 18+) – Monday 6:30-8:00pm (with Sydney Adams)

Teen/Adult Beginning Ballet (age 13+) – Tuesday 6:30-7:45pm (with Mia Mobley)

Teen/Adult Contemporary (age 13+) – Thursday 6:45-7:45pm (with Kris Nobles)

Adult Intermediate Ballet (age 18+) – Thursday 6:30-8:00pm (with Sydney Adams)

Eastern Shore Studio:

Adult Intermediate Ballet (age 18+) – Tuesday 6:30-8:00pm (with Sydney Adams)

Teen/Adult Beginning Ballet (age 13+) – Wednesday 6:30-7:45pm (with Mia Mobley)

Adult Beginning Ballet (age 18+) – Friday 9:30-10:45am (with Sydney Adams)
